This week has been super hectic, and writing for me has been intense, so, instead of hearing the drab, tired voice of yours truly, I want to give you an incredible guest post and recipe courtesy of a delicious new bakery opened in Sydney, called The Dough Collective!
This bakery is fast rising to be one of the most popular in Sydney, and considering its delicious range of freshly baked goods, there is no way I am surprised! I hope you enjoy this mes cheris! Now excuse me as I go enjoy all of Mothers Day with my ma!!
Hope you all have a wonderful Mothers Day too! I promise a proper post to come soon 🙂
*****************************************
The chefs at The Dough Collective on Sydney’s George Street have perfected a unique yeasting process which allows the sweetness of the bread to occur naturally meaning sugar content is low.
Ingredients are sourced from all over the world and are used to create unique flavour combinations such as pumpkin and cream cheese bread, cheese and shallot scones and Belgium chocolate and red wine toast.
Whilst The Dough Collective’s methods aren’t easy to re-create at home, the master bakers have provided a basic but tasty bread recipe so your readers can have a go in the comfort of their own kitchen.
Look at all these various breads you can make with the recipe below, it is quite incredible! Trust me when I say this bread, regardless of how you use the base, is simply delicious!
We hope you enjoy the recipe below!
If you want to actively visit The Dough Collective, here is a bit of information 🙂
Address:
Shop G5, 614
George Street, Sydney
NSW 2000
And before you enjoy THIS delicious bread recipe, allow me to also put up an EXTRA recipe for you all, also, of course, from The Dough Collective 😀
This is for French Walnut Bread (YUM right?!)

Uru, not sure what’s happened to your email subscription to my blog, but I no longer get my own subscriptions. I think maybe Feedburner’s taking a nap?
Anyhow, thanks for keeping up.

I remember when I used to bake bread with my dad and siblings! While the end result was delicious, the process was tedious because we would all end of fighting!LOL!

Dang girl… I hope you are finding time to do things other than Uni, like sleep… My uni buddies can barely put sentences together of late, sounds like you are suffering a bit too.
Mmmmm… love the look of this joint. I adore bread, although unfortunately my tummy says no to eating too much of the glorious stuff. Take care of you. 🙂
