300 Posts Later…

Wow… 300th post? I never actually thought I would reach here…

And I never would have without you wonderful readers, who have become friends! 😀

SO THANK YOU SO MUCH!! (I have a few giveaways coming up in the near future, so I shall thank you all properly then :D)

But I must be honest, between you and me, how you awesome people have put up with my nonsense writing about life and all its weirdness, is beyond me 😛

300 posts later, but I feel neither older, nor wiser in the ways of blogging – maybe more experienced in using wordpress so I no longer accidentally delete my posts.. but really nothing more!

300 posts later, and I have absolutely nothing of worth to say… For once I am actually speechless, and will not actually give you a speech to explain my speechlessness… as is the norm…

300 posts later, so many recipes to go… so many reviews to do…

It is ironic that after writing thousands of words, I am left with no words at all.

Sorry for such a short post, but truly today, I feel like my not-so-extensive vocabulary has deserted me, even without the shock of realising this is my 300th post.

Before I leave you to just enjoy some food porn today, allow me to describe it with the few words I still have a grasp on – I made these mini bundt cakes for mothers day last week. It was saturday night, the kitchen smelt coconutty and I was inspired 🙂

These citrus bundts were soft, moist and the crumb is so uber dense, I felt like it melted onto my tongue! And oh my gawd (yes, gawd) the citrus hit from these mini cakes rocks my socks – it is not overwhelming, but leaves a freshness in the mouth that the obscene amount of butter may have tainted 😛

I hope you enjoy this recipe, just like my mum adored it!

I also hope I will have more to write for my 301st post!

Btw, is WP difficult to manage? Kind of in the middle of transitioning our blog into a website and my head is spinning right now. Who knew it was such a difficult process D:

Congratulations on your 300th post, and all your blogging successes. And these little cakelets really appeal to me. I have some little decorative forms like you show here, and I have never used them.
