CCU yawned, all relaxed and invigorated after her much-too-long…. I suppose you could call it a holiday…. slightly 😉
Her stomach rumbled and she thought to herself, ‘how long had it been since she had visited a decent place?’
She swung out of bed, and just while brushing her teeth, she decided that, being sick of the whole city scene she was so used to and to appease her growling stomach, she would take a visit to the countryside… Little did she know she would be visiting more than one decent trip…
Ok, so you remember how, to celebrate with my family, I made an apple strudel which kicked butt (G rated blog ;)) because it had added caramel? Well, one of the reasons for this choice was actually because my family is not particularly fond of chocolate. Like I am 😉
So while we had fun, consumed vanilla ice cream at an alarming rate and enjoyed life to commemorate my 17th birthday, I also celebrated with my gorgeous, chocolate loving, chocolate obsessing, chocolate all buddies at school 😀

My family, especially my mum, was not too keen on these. Only my grandpa and I are
cheesecake fans and mum didn’t want cheesecake tasting muffins with her tea.
But I made them anyway. And the weirdest thing was discovered!
Cream Cheese Muffins don’t give a cream cheese flavour. They simply make the batter
so much better than normal muffins!!!
Oh my gosh, the fluffiness of these muffins, the fruity
batter, the moistness made me squeal with delight like a 5 year old.
